1. Regularly inspect all screws for loosening or detachment.
2. Periodically check for changes in clearance, excessive dust accumulation, or fractures in spring steel plates.
3. Never allow the hopper to run empty; maintain a sufficient material level to prevent impact on the feed chute.
4. Place the controller in a location with minimal dust, no moisture, no high temperatures, and good ventilation. Clean dust regularly. If operating in a high-temperature environment for extended periods, install a fan for heat dissipation.
5. If knocking sounds occur between the iron core and armature, perform maintenance immediately.
6. Electrical Equipment: Inspect all wiring connections inside the control box for looseness or detachment. If found loose or detached, reconnect and tighten according to the schematic diagram. Check the threaded connections between the thyristor component casings and heat sinks. Ensure they are securely tightened to facilitate proper rectifier heat dissipation.
