What is maintenance? How to perform maintenance?

2026-01-16

1.  During operation of the grinding mill, designated personnel must be assigned for supervision, and operators must possess adequate technical proficiency. Prior to installation, relevant operators must undergo technical training to understand the mill's principles, performance characteristics, and become familiar with operating procedures.
2. To ensure normal mill operation, establish a “Maintenance, Inspection, and Safe Operation Protocol” (to guarantee long-term safe operation). Additionally, maintain necessary repair tools, lubricants, and spare parts.
3. After a period of use, the mill should undergo maintenance. Wear-prone components such as grinding rollers, grinding rings, and scrapers should be repaired or replaced. Before and after use, carefully inspect grinding roller assemblies for loose connecting bolts or nuts, and verify adequate lubricant levels. Clean the magnetic filter within the cooler assembly.
4. When the grinding roller assembly and classifier have operated for over 500 hours, all rolling bearings within the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and damaged components replaced. Lubricating grease should be applied to all lubrication points.
5. Before using the grinding roller assembly or during refueling, check all connecting bolts and nuts for looseness.
