1.Before installation, the grinding mill must be stored properly. Exposed surfaces should be coated with rust-preventive grease and protected from sun exposure and rain to prevent rusting and water ingress. Establish a maintenance schedule.
2. The factory building and foundation must provide sufficient height and installation space according to the dimensions of the installation foundation drawing. Embed conduit or cable trenches during concrete pouring. After pouring the cement foundation, allow a curing period of no less than 15 days.
3. To facilitate installation and maintenance, the required lifting capacity for the MTW145G mill is specified in the table below. During hoisting and handling, lift only at the designated lifting points and avoid direct impact.
4. For mills stored for over 6 months from shipment, thoroughly clean and inspect the main shaft system, transmission components, grinding rollers, drive shaft assemblies, and other critical parts before applying lubricating grease as specified.
