Install according to the position requirements specified on the installation foundation drawing.
Place the fan on a level concrete foundation and check levelness with a spirit level. Shims may be added between the fan and foundation during leveling. Pour cement slurry into the foundation bolt holes, then tighten the nuts after adjustment.
During installation, manually rotate the impeller at least 10 revolutions. Rotation must be smooth with no interference.
Install flexible connectors between the ductwork and fan, ensuring a tight seal.
If the fan uses V-belt drive, ensure the corresponding groove profiles on both pulleys align perfectly during installation.
