European-type grinding mills

Description
Due to the moisture content in the material entering the mill, the heat generated during grinding causes the moisture in the material within the grinding chamber to evaporate, increasing the total gas volume in the system. Furthermore, leaks at the joints of the mill's pipelines allow external gas to be drawn in, increasing the airflow volume of the circulating gas stream. The frictional heat during grinding also raises the temperature of the gas, causing it to expand in volume.
Therefore, airflow balance is achieved by adjusting the three-way valve assembly between the centrifugal fan and the main unit. Opening the valve on this assembly directs excess gas through the exhaust pipe into the dust collector. This captures the fine particles carried by the residual gas, which is then purified before discharge.
